I'm an oil painter of the urban landscape. Older buildings of New York hold a fascination for me as I capture the texture, detail and light of the city. Architectural details, street scenes and cityscapes are my subjects. My work documents what is so familiar that you can walk by without noticing it, and yet tomorrow it may be gone.

My work has been exhibited since 1980 in solo and juried exhibitions in numerous museums and galleries across the country. Commissioned work of specific sites and buildings are also done regularly. My work has received awards from The National Association of Women Artists, The Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club, Allied Artists of America, The Pen and Brush Club and the Butler Institute of American Art among others. In addition, my paintings have also been reproduced as cards, book covers and calendars.
