"In order for my life to feel complete I must be involved in creating a work of art, whether a painting, a collage, whether realistic or abstract, or performing. Color is the primary element in all my work."

I hail from Brooklyn and have long been a Manhattanite. I received a degree in textile design from Fashion Institute of Technology and worked in the textile design field. I studied collage, drawing and painting at the Art Students League as well as at the School of Visual Arts and the Creative Center in lower Manhattan.

I have exhibited in several group shows at the Ear Up Gallery, the Hudson Guild, the Riverside Drive Art Fair and the West 84th Street Art Fair. I have had a solo photography show at the Actors Temple. I also exhibit annually at Art Launch at Penn South with collages, paintings and photography.
